O-Scores Orienteering Ranking Database

Database is created with intent to provide Unified Orienteering rankings for all runners in USA and Canada. Any event can be counted and any runner will have a ranking score according to performance. By definition average runner has score 50 and score is proportional to runner's speed in the woods. Runner with score 100 is twice faster than average runner
